Wingback Travel Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  • The person making the referral must have completed and/or booked a tour with Wingback Travel to earn a referral credit

  • The referral must not have made any previous purchases from Wingback Travel

  • Referrals must be sent to Wingback Travel in writing and include the name and phone number and/or email address of the person being referred (send by email to laura@wingbacktravel.com) 

  • Referral credit is issued on the last day of the referral's first trip

  • Referral credits can only be applied towards a future Wingback Travel tour booking; they may not be applied to existing bookings or retroactively applied to past bookings

  • Referral credits do not expire and accumulate until redeemed

  • Up to €1,750 (six referral credits) may be applied to a single tour booking

  • If multiple people make the same referral, the first person to make the referral will get the referral credit

  • Referral credits are not transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash

  • Referral Program begins on November 5, 2026

Definitions

  • Referral: an adult (18+ years old) who does not live at the same address as the referring person, who has not made any previous purchases with Wingback Travel,

  • Wingback Travel Customer: someone who has completed and/or booked a tour with Wingback Travel

  • Booked Tour: a tour reservation where the customer has signed the agreement and paid the deposit
