Trip Planning services are offered free of charge for travel in conjunction with our tours. We also offer luxury travel planning services to private clients on a limited basis.

Services include:

Personalized destination recommendations and itinerary planning
4 and 5 star hotel bookings with VIP perks and amenities when available
Opinionated dining, shopping, and cultural recommendations
Coordinated airport transfers
Exclusive experiences such as private cooking classes, visits to private homes, and day tours with expert guides

Our Services

End to End Travel Planning (€495 per trip)
Let someone else do the planning. We will create an itinerary tailored to you, taking care of hotels, transfers, and daily activities. By working with Wingback Travel, you’ll have access to our rolodex of private estates, head gardeners, and homeowners. This service includes a one-hour phone call and a full itinerary creation subject to three revisions.

One-hour Consultation Phone Call + Detailed Email (€295)
This service is best for those who have already put some thought into their trip and would like to get advice on logistics, planning, and the bones of their itinerary. After the phone call, Laura will send a follow up email recapping and expanding on what we discussed. This service does not include hotel recommendations or daily activity planning.
